In this project, for my computer class, we made a bucket list. First we came up with 10 things to be on the bucket list, then we found more information on these items and recorded the websites we used to find the information. From that we made a script that we recorded on the program call Audacity. Next we found pictures that would go without recordings and put their long URL's into a website call Bitly to make them shorter. To make the video above we used the program called Movie Mark, but it was tricky. First we had to add all the pictures that we found and estimate the order need to go with the recordings. Next we added one at a time the recording and make the pictures go with them. I liked writing about what I like and also learning more about things, but I still had troubles. When I read from a paper it helps that it is about something I like but sometimes I would stumble over word and I not the animated when I read in front of a computer. I could also these this programs for the videos my family does for the YMCA swim team but otherwise I would rather present what I was doing in front of the people I'm giving it to. That is how I feel about the project.
Amy Cook – Nice introduction – you talked a little slow at first. Your first topic you talk at a very good pace. You have a nice tone to your voice and spoke clearly. You did a nice job weaving your personal touch in with the researched facts.
ReplyDeleteSchool of worship recording volume was noticeable lower. I had to turn up the speaker in order to hear it. When recording be sure you have a good microphone, check the microphone’s volume level and always be aware of your volume of your speech and how close your mouth is to the microphone. Signs to look for if volume is low – sound wave won’t be as tall when volume is low.
Your passion for the band comes through in your voice – you can tell just by listening to your recording you like this band.

The last recording you really talked too slowly. No music while credits played .
This project was to be 3 ½ to 5 minutes long. Your scripts needed to be tweaked or only do 5 topics with the great detail you gave.
Where you can improve: Talk at a conversational speed – you don’t want it to drag yet not sound like you are in a race to finish. Fine-tune script – if you want to go into greater detail for each topic, then reduce the numbers of topics. Stay within 5 minutes. Keep volume uniform as explained above. Follow all requirements – music.
